Perry, who is the Chairman of China Travel Service (Hong Kong) Limited, is also elected as a Legislative Council Member (Tourism) of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Perry is devoted to serving the travel industry. He holds a number of relevant positions, including member of the Travel Industry Authority, Vice Chairperson of the Travel Industry Training Advisory Committee and observer at Board Meetings of Travel Industry Council of Hong Kong .

Perry actively engages in youth development work and community service. He is currently the honorary Secretary of Hong Kong Army Cadets Association.
