Yiu Pak-leung Perry serves as a member of the Election Committee constituency for the 8th Legislative Council (2026-2029) and was a member representing the tourism functional constituency in the 7th Legislative Council (2022-2025). He also served as an elected member of the Kwun Tong District Council for three consecutive terms (2004-2019) and is currently the Chairman of China Travel Service (Hong Kong) Limited. Actively dedicated to serving the tourism industry, Perry has been committed to promoting cross-sector collaboration through initiatives like "Tourism+" and "+Tourism." He holds multiple key roles, including member of the Tourism Strategy Committee, board member of the Airport Authority, member of the Harbourfront Commission, member of the Committee on Taxi Service Quality  and observer at Board Meetings of Travel Industry Council of Hong Kong . 

Beyond his contributions to tourism, Perry has long been engaged in youth development and community service. He currently serves as a Council Member of The Hong Kong Polytechnic University, the Honorary Secretary-General of the Hong Kong Army Cadets Association, and a school supervisor for secondary school.
